Charge

The Heat Battery charges from renewable electricity (solar, wind, off-peak grid) or waste heat from your existing process — kiln flue gas, calciner exhaust, effluent streams.

Store

Energy is stored as high-temperature heat in a bed of inexpensive, durable solid media — particles, ceramics, recycled refractory. Held at 200–500°C with minimal losses for 4 to 12 hours.

Dispatch

When your process needs heat, water or air flows through the storage bed and exits as dispatchable steam or hot air — ready to feed your existing boiler loop, dryer, or reactor.
